Originally from Ohio, Pastor David and his family relocated to Texas in 2025 to be the primary leader for Bear Creek Community Church. He oversees all areas of ministry and provides vision and guidance for our church.

Bart Blair
Pastor Bart grew up in McKinney but served in ministry for more than 20 years in Canada. Along with his wife Elizabeth, is the initiating church planter of Bear Creek Community Church.
By day, Bart is a coach and consultant for church across the USA, helping pastors grow healthy, disciple-making churches.

Alynna Hubbard
As the Director of The Den, our children's ministry at Bear Creek Community Church, Alynna leads a team of volunteers who care for kids from nursery through fifth grade, partnering closely with parents to support their children's spiritual growth at home. Alynna is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming space where kids can encounter Jesus and grow in their faith.

Maddox Moon
As the Production Director at Bear Creek, Maddox leads the team behind the scenes, overseeing visual media presentation and audio production to support our worship services and events. Maddox is passionate about training and equipping volunteers so every service runs smoothly and points people toward Jesus.
Weekend Production Director
Taylor serves as part of the executive team, overseeing practical and logistical management of all things. If stuff needs to get done, she's most likely the person to get it done.

Scott Short
Scott oversees the delivery and setup of all the equipment necessary to make our weekend services amazing. He leads a team of volunteers who literally put their backs into making our services awesome every single weekend.

Aleisa Short
Aleisa is in charge of making sure that the red carpet is rolled out for all of our guests on Sunday mornings, from the parking lot to the coffee to the entire guest experience. She and her team are there to serve you and make sure that your experience with us is excellent.
